Growth Marketing Manager

1. Business & Revenue Leadership

Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Identify new business opportunities, services, and verticals.

Drive the P&L for the Digital Marketing division.

Lead proposal creation, pitching, and acquisition of high-value clients.

2. Client Strategy & Performance

Create and oversee end-to-end digital strategies across performance marketing, SEO, social media, and content.

Monitor campaign performance, optimize CPL/CPA/ROAS targets, and ensure client KPIs are met.

Ensure 100% client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and results.

3. Team Leadership & Operations

Lead a team of campaign managers, SEO specialists, social media leads, designers, and content teams.

Set clear KPIs, assign responsibilities, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.

Conduct weekly reviews, performance evaluations, and training.

Improve internal processes for efficiency and quality of delivery.

4. Performance Marketing Excellence

Strong understanding of Meta, Google Ads, Programmatic, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools.

Oversee budgets, scaling strategies, and campaign optimization to improve ROI.

5. Strategic Planning & Reporting

Prepare monthly business reports, growth plans, and client strategy decks.

Review dashboards and ensure data accuracy and insights-driven decisions.

Evaluate new tools, AI automations, and technologies for marketing enhancement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

5-10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 57 years in a leadership role.

Strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, social media, and analytics.

Experience managing cross-functional teams and multi-brand portfolios.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling abilities.

Experience in agency leadership is an added advantage.
