Role Description

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):

1. Strategic Leadership & Brand Positioning

  • Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals, with a strong focus on digital and e-commerce growth.
  • Build and position the brand as a leading name in fashion retail across online channels.

2. Digital & E-Commerce Growth

  • Drive online sales by optimizing performance marketing, content strategy, and customer engagement.
  • Oversee the UX/UI direction and customer journey on digital platforms.

3. Retail Marketing Integration

  • Lead omni-channel marketing efforts by integrating retail store promotions with digital campaigns.
  • Create campaigns that drive footfall in stores and traffic on digital platforms simultaneously.

4. Customer Acquisition & Retention

  • Design and execute customer acquisition strategies using SEO, SEM, influencer marketing, and CRM tools.
  • Improve customer retention through personalized marketing, loyalty programs, and data-driven insights.

5. Team Leadership & Vendor Management

  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, including digital, content, and branding specialists.
  • Liaise with external agencies and partners for advertising, PR, influencer tie-ups, and campaign execution.

6. Analytics & ROI Tracking

  • Monitor key KPIs like CAC, CLV, ROI on marketing spend, and e-commerce conversion rates.
  • Use analytics to drive decision-making and ensure marketing efficiency.

7. Innovation & Trend Alignment

  • Keep the brand ahead of trends in the fashion retail and digital marketing landscape.
  • Experiment with new channels, technologies, and formats for market relevance.

8. Budget Management

  • Own and manage the entire marketing budget.
  • Ensure optimal allocation of spend across all platforms and campaigns.

Preferred Background:

  • 10+ years of relevant marketing experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
  • Proven success in a fashion retail brand with a significant online business component.
  • Strong grip on D2C models, digital ad platforms, and influencer ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
