About the Role — Growth Marketing Manager

You will lead user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-backed marketing strategies, channel ownership, and rapid experimentation. This role demands analytical thinking, creativity, and a hacker’s mindset to build scalable growth loops and drive revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive

  user acquisition

  , optimize funnels, and run rapid A/B tests across paid and organic channels.
• Develop and execute

  full-stack marketing strategies

  across performance, content, community, referrals, and partnerships.
• Own

  growth metrics

  including CAC, LTV, ROAS, activation, and retention.
• Use analytics tools to map user journeys, identify drop-offs, and generate actionable insights.
• Build and optimize

  growth loops

  (referral, content-led, incentive-based).
• Collaborate with product and engineering to enable

  product-led growth

  and improve in-app conversions.
• Plan and manage brand visibility initiatives that support scale and credibility.

Requirements:

Must-Have

• 2–5 years of experience in Growth/Marketing roles in consumer tech, fintech, or high-growth startups.
• Strong understanding of

  funnels, cohorts, and growth analytics

• Hands-on experience with

  Meta/Google ads

  , performance campaigns, and CAC optimization.
• Data-driven approach with excellent experimentation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written communication and ability to craft clear growth narratives.

Good-to-Have

• Experience with influencer marketing, referral programs, or lifecycle marketing.
• Familiarity with no-code analytics tools.
• Exposure to fintech or investment products.
