Tech Lead

As a Tech Lead based in Chandigarh, you will play a crucial role in defining the technology strategy, guiding a team of engineers, and contributing to the development of scalable, high-quality solutions. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers utilizing technologies such as Node.js, AWS Lambda, MongoDB, MySQL, and Vue.js. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and support a team of engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous learning. - Architect, develop, and maintain backend systems leveraging Node.js and AWS Lambda. - Design and optimize scalable databases using MongoDB and MySQL. - Collaborate with frontend developers to deliver responsive Vue.js applications. - Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices. - Translate business requirements into technical deliverables. - Monitor application performance, resolve issues, and enhance scalability. - Stay abreast of emerging technologies and make recommendations for improvements. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. - 6+ years of software development experience. - Proficiency in Node.js, AWS Lambda, MongoDB, MySQL, and Vue.js. - Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure. - Experience in mentoring developers and collaborating within a team environment. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. **Preferred:** - Background in fintech or financial services. - Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
