Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead who will drive technical excellence, mentor engineering teams, and work closely with Product, QA, and Business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions. This role requires strong hands-on development skills along with proven leadership and architectural decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance applications.

• Own system architecture, code quality, and technical standards across projects.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, conducting code reviews and guiding best practices.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and Business teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

• Drive technology decisions, framework selection, and system improvements.

• Ensure security, performance, scalability, and reliability of applications.

• Actively participate in hands-on coding, especially for complex or critical modules.

• Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and risks early in the development lifecycle.

• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance development of engineering team members.

Required Skills Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1–2 years in a technical leadership role.

• Strong proficiency in:

  • Backend: Java (Spring Boot) / Node.js

  • Frontend: React.js / Next.js

  • Mobile (preferred): Flutter

• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations.

• Strong understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control (Git).

• Strong understanding of application security and performance optimization.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Fintech, Trading, Broking, or Financial Services.

• Experience handling high-traffic, real-time systems.

• Familiarity with event-driven architecture and messaging systems.

• Experience working in agile/scrum environments.
