The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and helping them discover how Univest can simplify and enhance their investment journey. Key Responsibilities: ● Engage with potential customers through calls, messages, and meetings to promote Univest’s products and services. ● Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate investment solutions. ● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. ● Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure excellent customer experience. ● Record customer interactions and sales data accurately in the CRM system. ● Stay updated with product features, offers, and market trends. ● Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive lead conversions. Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. ● 1–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, or financial product selling (experience in fintech, BFSI, or investment advisory preferred). ● Strong communication and negotiation skills. ● Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. ● Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
