Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in full software development lifecycle and write code that is performant, maintainable, clear, and concise.


• Responsible for development with unit test automation, documentation


• Effort estimation, planning and stake holder s update


• Collaborating with customer and 3rd party suppliers for understanding the protocols, mapping use cases to the interface and IOT for overall solution delivery


• Build and maintain high-performance, scalable and fault tolerant platform


• Able to create the project plan for requirements and should be able to track till delivery.


• Able to Guide juniors and resovle their technical and day to day problems that may arrive

Skills/Experience:

Should have knowledge and 4 to 6 years of experience in:

• Strong OO design and programming skills Node, Core Java, apache Tomcat.


• Hands on XML over HTTP,HTTP(S) ,SOAP protocols is must


• Hands on experience developing applications in Java (Spring MVC, Spring Boot)


• Hands on experience in Node


• Strong knowledge and working experience Devops and CI/CD Pipeline using Devops tools


• Handon experience on Jenkins


• Working experience in Linux


• Hands on experience in Oracle/Mysql/Radis/Clickhouse


• Strong Knowledge and hands-on experience in Kafka & Elastic search shall be added advantage


• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in HTML5, JS frameworks, JS Preprocessors, process automation


• Should be able to deal with large volume of daily increasing Data across multiple locations with redundancy.


• Should be able to come build high performing and scalable solution.


• Should have complete knowledge on virtualization and cloud environment.


• Knowledge on Cloud, Container(K8) shall be added advantage.


• Good understanding of UI concepts, techniques and frameworks is an added advantage


• Must be able to build, test, deploy, monitor error and logs


• Hands on with tools for Automation, debugging, network monitoring and memory monitoring (provided by IDE or any other)


• Using version control (e.g. Git) and other development tools like Jira, Jenkins etc


• Strong understanding and should be able work in agile environment using scrum.


• Good Understanding and practical knowledge of UI standards and best practices.


• Should be able propose optimal and best solutions by working seniors and architects.
