Technical Lead

What you need for this role-

• Education:

  Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• Experience:

  7–10 years

  of hands-on software development experience with at least

  2–3 years in a technical leadership role

  .

• Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in

  MEAN/MERN Stack

  and backend architecture.
• Proven experience in

  system design, low-level & high-level architecture

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  cloud platforms (AWS)

  and

  microservices architecture

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

  .
• Experience with

  AI-driven systems, APIs, and scalable SaaS platforms

  .
• Excellent understanding of

  databases, caching, and performance optimization

  .
• Proficiency with

  GitLab

  , code reviews, and Agile development practices.

• Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

What you will be doing-

• Lead the

  architecture, design, and development

  of scalable applications for Product & Services.
• Collaborate with

  Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Stakeholders

  to define technical solutions.
• Own

  technical decision-making

  , code quality, and best practices across teams.
• Guide and mentor

  junior and mid-level engineers

  , including training and technical upskilling.
• Conduct

  code reviews

  , performance tuning, and security audits.
• Ensure timely delivery with

  high-quality standards

  following Agile methodologies.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide long-term solutions.
• Support the

  HR and Operations teams

  with technical evaluations, interviews, tooling, and internal tech challenges.
• Assist the

  Customer Success Team

  in resolving high-priority technical escalations.
• Take up

  any additional responsibilities

  deemed fit by the organization to meet business and technical goals.
