Job Summary

The Tech Lead will be responsible for leading the technical team, overseeing project architecture, ensuring code quality, and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions. The role involves hands-on development along with mentoring developers and coordinating with project managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical execution of projects
• Design system architecture and ensure best coding practices
• Review code, manage repositories, and enforce quality standards
• Mentor and guide developers and interns
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders on requirements
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

Technical Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in relevant tech stack (e.g., PHP/Laravel, React, Node.js, Python, etc.)
• Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of APIs, cloud services, and deployment processes
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Understanding of security, scalability, and performance optimization

• Leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
• 4–7 years of relevant development experience
• Prior experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Developer role

• Project Manager / CTO / Technical Director
