With a focus on excellence, we are expanding our Jodhpur team and seeking an experienced Tech Lead to guide projects, mentor developers, and drive high-quality software delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end technical delivery of web and mobile application projects. Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and designers to define technical solutions. Mentor and guide the development team in coding practices, architecture, and problem-solving. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure scalability, performance, and security. Drive adoption of new tools, technologies, and processes to improve efficiency. Manage technical risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide hands-on support when required. Coordinate with clients for requirement analysis and provide technical insights. Contribute to resource planning, task allocation, and project timelines. Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 6–10 years of overall software development experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in .NET / PHP / Node.js / React / Angular / Mobile App Development (based on eBizneeds core projects). Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines. Hands-on experience with relational & NoSQL databases. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to make architectural decisions. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Nice to Have Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Prior experience in client communication and pre-sales technical support.
