Job Title: Operations Executive

EdPrime is a dynamic and fast-growing EdTech platform focused on streamlining educational management systems and enhancing institutional efficiency. Our goal is to empower schools, colleges, and universities with integrated digital solutions for academic, administrative, and financial operations.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth execution of processes, and support the company’s strategic objectives at our Jodhpur office.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvement strategies across departments.
  • Manage client onboarding, service delivery, and ongoing operational support.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams — Sales, Product, Support, and Finance — for seamless workflow.

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and guide the operations team to achieve key performance targets.
  • Monitor team performance, identify training needs, and foster a collaborative work culture.

Client and Vendor Coordination:

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors for timely project execution.
  • Handle escalations, ensuring quick resolutions and high customer satisfaction.

Data & Reporting:

  • Track operational metrics, prepare performance reports, and present insights to management.
  • Use data-driven analysis to improve efficiency and optimize resources.

Strategic Execution:

  • Support management in planning and executing business growth initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment of operational goals with company objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in EdTech, IT, or service-based industries.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and project management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in managing tech-driven operations or SaaS platforms.
  • Exposure to educational institutions or the EdTech ecosystem.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
