Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader Field Sales (B2C) to drive our on-ground sales efforts, particularly through health camps and wellness activities in residential societies, banks, and corporates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnostics and a proven track record of leading field sales teams in a B2C environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets. - Plan and execute health camps and wellness check-up drives in residential societies, corporate offices, and bank branches. - Represent TheTruepal.com brand in all outreach efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and excellent customer engagement. - Identify and develop relationships with RWAs, facility managers, HR/admin heads, and bank officials to secure camp venues. - Ensure smooth logistics, setup, and execution of on-ground activities. - Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through local partnerships and promotional events. - Track and report key performance metrics, including lead conversions, revenue generation, and team productivity. - Conduct regular training and performance reviews to keep the team motivated and aligned with business goals. - Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, and Tech) to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications & Experience: - Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred). - 35 years of field sales experience in the diagnostics or healthcare industry. - Prior experience in organizing health camps, wellness events, or on-ground B2C activation is a must. - Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and scale a sales team. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel extensively within the city/region. Job Title: Operations Executive Location: Mumbai, India Role Overview: You will be working on one of our special projects in elder care as an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing vendor onboarding, service fulfilment and service quality. Key Responsibilities: 1.Operational Work for Fulfilment: - Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, business and finance to facilitate the smooth execution of client services and cater to new requirements. - Ensure timely and accurate processing of client requests, contracts, and invoices. 2. Customer Satisfaction: - Monitor and assess client satisfaction levels through regular communication and feedback mechanisms. - Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients to ensure their needs are met effectively. 3. Service Quality Assurance: - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations. - Conduct periodic service reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary. 4.
