Job Title: Operations Executive
Location: Mumbai, India

Role Overview:You will be working on one of our special projects in elder care as an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing vendor onboarding, service fulfilment and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:1.Operational Work for Fulfilment:- Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, business and finance to facilitate the smooth execution of client services and cater to new requirements.- Ensure timely and accurate processing of client requests, contracts, and invoices.2. Customer Satisfaction:- Monitor and assess client satisfaction levels through regular communication and feedback mechanisms.- Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.3. Service Quality Assurance:- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations.- Conduct periodic service reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.4. Conduct Vendor Onboarding:Ensure a steady supply of vendors are available to cater all types of requirementsFollow and adhere to Onboarding SOPs and TATs for vendor onboarding Manage vendor payrolls and ensure it is getting processed timely with no escalations

Requirements:- Post Graduation Preferred- 1-3 years of operations role experience (Startup-Like Mindset preferred) - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software(s).- Located in Mumbai and able to work from the office.- Is OK with rotational shifts (Alternate weekends working)If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service through robust SOPs and if you think: making, improving and obsessing over processes is something that interests you, do apply for this role.
