Job Title: Operations Executive

Department: Operations / Administration

Reporting To: Operations Manager / Head of Institution

Location: AMBI

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:

The Senior Operations Executive will be responsible for managing and streamlining

operational processes across academic, administrative, and support functions. The role

requires strong coordination with academic departments, admissions, facilities, HR, and

finance teams to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the institution. The ideal candidate

is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing educational operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the smooth execution of daily operations across academic and non-academic

departments.

• Support admissions and enrollment processes by coordinating with academic

counsellors and marketing teams.

• Manage student data, attendance, records, and operational documentation.

• Coordinate with faculty, support staff, and management for scheduling, logistics, and

event execution.

• Supervise campus facilities, housekeeping, and vendor management to ensure quality

and safety standards.

• Track operational budgets, payments, and procurement in coordination with the

finance department.

• Assist in organizing academic events, workshops, examinations, and parent/student

engagement programs.

• Ensure compliance with institutional policies, statutory requirements, and

accreditation guidelines.

• Generate periodic operational and performance reports for management review.

• Lead and mentor junior operations staff to maintain service excellence and

accountability.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong coordination and communication skills (written and verbal).

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Sound knowledge of academic processes, campus operations, and administrative

workflows.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of ERP or

Student Information Systems (SIS) preferred.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement.

• Leadership skills with a collaborative approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related

field.

• 2-4 years of experience in operations or administration roles within the education

sector.

• Experience handling campus operations, student services, or institutional logistics

preferred.
