ebizneeds is a leading IT solutions provider delivering innovative, customized technology services across industries. With a focus on excellence, we are expanding our Jodhpur team and seeking an experienced Tech Lead to guide projects, mentor developers, and drive high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of web and mobile application projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and designers to define technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide the development team in coding practices, architecture, and problem-solving.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure scalability, performance, and security.
• Drive adoption of new tools, technologies, and processes to improve efficiency.
• Manage technical risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide hands-on support when required.
• Coordinate with clients for requirement analysis and provide technical insights.
• Contribute to resource planning, task allocation, and project timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 6–10 years of overall software development experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in .NET / PHP / Node.js / React / Angular / Mobile App Development (based on eBizneeds core projects).
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with relational & NoSQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to make architectural decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Prior experience in client communication and pre-sales technical support.
• Contribution to open-source projects or technical community.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

• Shastri Nagar, Jodhpur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
