Description
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the technical implementation of CoE initiatives across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data security domains.Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable technical plans.Design and implement secure infrastructure solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.Develop and enforce cybersecurity controls including identity management, threat detection, and incident response.Implement data security measures such as encryption, access control, DLP, and secure data handling practices.Evaluate and integrate security tools (e.g., SIEM, IAM, EDR) into enterprise environments.Conduct technical assessments, vulnerability scans, and remediation planning.Mentor engineering teams and promote best practices in secure coding, infrastructure automation, and compliance.Support audits, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.7 Plus years of experience in infrastructure engineering and cybersecurityProven experience in leading technical teams and delivering secure infrastructure solutions.Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architectures.Hands on experience with security frameworks (e.g NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance standards.Proficiency in scripting and automation tools e.g Terraform, Ansible, PowerShellStrong understanding of network security endpoint protection and data governancePreferred Qualifications
Certifications such as CISSP CISM, AWS and Azure Architect, or equivalentExperience in setting up or contributing to a CoE in Infra or Security domainsFamiliarity with Zero Trust Architecture and Secure DevOps practices.Exposure to AI ML based security analytics and automation
