Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI/ML Engineer located in Navi Mumbai. The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms. Day-to-day tasks include data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and performance evaluation. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing products, conduct research to advance AI techniques, and improve the scalability and efficiency of machine learning systems. Qualifications Experience with machine learning and AI techniques, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and proficiency with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization techniques. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaborative skills. The ideal candidate for this position will collaborate closely with senior engineers in an agile environment to test, validate, and refine AI/ML solutions developed by the team. You will be responsible for building new modules for Excel and document-processing workflows and supporting the integration of these solutions into Office JS. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of professional experience, although fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Proficiency in Python is a must, along with basic working knowledge of Docker, FastAPI, pandas, NumPy, solid debugging, unit-testing, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team are also essential.
