Job Title: ESG Implementation Specialist Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai Experience Required: 3 – 5 years Job Description: We’re seeking a skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. In this client-facing role, you will lead the onboarding and implementation of our SaaS platform for clients, ensuring they leverage our tools to streamline ESG data management, emissions calculations, and regulatory reporting. You’ll work closely with ESG Managers, CFOs, and Compliance Officers, helping them navigate supply chain data challenges, automate Scope 1–3 emissions reporting, and align with global standards. As a key member of our team, you’ll also provide feedback to our product team to enhance features like our supplier assessment tool and net-zero tracking capabilities. Key Requirement: Deep understanding of ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., ISSB, CSRD, GHG Protocol) and their application in industries like banking (e.g., PCAF for financed emissions), oil/gas, and manufacturing. Proven experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders (e.g., ESG Managers, CFOs) and deliver training or demos. Familiarity with SaaS platforms, including implementation, onboarding, and troubleshooting for clients. Strong project management skills to oversee multiple client implementations simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Willingness to travel for client meetings or workshops as needed. Key Skills & Experience: ESG Domain Expertise: 3+ years of experience in ESG reporting, with hands-on knowledge of Scope 1–3 emissions calculations, supply chain data challenges, and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISSB, CSRD). SaaS Proficiency: 2+ years of experience implementing SaaS solutions, ideally in ESG or financial reporting, with the ability to configure platforms, troubleshoot issues, and train users. Client Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with a track record of managing client expectations and delivering actionable insights during implementation. Technical Skills: Familiarity with data integration (e.g., ERP systems like SAP), XBRL for structured reporting, and analytics tools to interpret ESG data. Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze client ESG data (e.g., supplier emissions, governance metrics) and recommend tailored solutions using IRIS Carbon’s features. Experience in Target Sectors: Prior work with banking, oil/gas, or manufacturing clients is a plus, especially in regions like EU. Responsibilities: Client Onboarding and Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of IRIS Carbon’s SaaS platform for clients, from initial setup to go-live, ensuring seamless integration with their systems (e.g., ERP, supplier data feeds). ESG Data and Reporting Support: Guide clients in collecting and managing ESG data, calculating emissions, and producing ISSB/CSRD-compliant reports. Client Training and Engagement: Conduct training sessions, demos, and workshops to educate clients on using IRIS Carbon’s products Solution Customization: Work with clients to configure IRIS Carbon’s platform to their specific needs (e.g., mapping supplier data to ISSB requirements, setting up decarbonization levers for suppliers). Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution to maintain high client satisfaction. Feedback Loop: Collaborate with the product team to share client insights, suggesting enhancements to features like net-zero commitment tracking or supply chain analytics.
