Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the Southern region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling GST-related products, a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, and the ability to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role demands a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a collaborative approach to ensure seamless coordination with internal teams for purchase order renewals, billing, collections, and other key processes. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company objectives Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and performance metrics Sell GST-related products and solutions to new and existing clients Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks Identify and develop new customer accounts to expand market share Coordinate with internal teams to manage purchase order renewals, work orders, billing, and collections Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Ensure excellent customer experience through effective issue resolution Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipeline and reporting Collaborate cross-functionally to support overall business goals Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field 7–8 years of experience in a sales management role, ideally in a regional or territory-based capacity Demonstrated success in selling GST products Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal teams Show more Show less
