About the role We are seeking a dynamic & experienced Product Manager to lead the development & enhancement of our AI chatbot software. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining product vision, roadmap, & growth opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that align with our business goals & meet our customers needs. What you need for this position: A Master s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred Familiarity with product management software tools, methodologies, & best practices is preferred. Strong analytical, interpersonal, computer, conceptual, acute problem-solving, and extremely resourceful skills. Ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with agile development methodologies is preferred. What you will be doing: Create & execute product development strategies to align with business goals. Collaborate with clients to understand, refine, and document product requirements for team use. Recruit, onboard, and train engineering and project management staff. Prepare budgets based on project scope and resource needs. Create and manage detailed product development schedules and work plans. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on strategy, progress, & adjustments. Apply best practices & standards throughout the development process. Monitor & measure product performance to identify & drive improvements.
