Role Purpose
The All India Product Manager is a business owner and growth leader responsible for building HAM-LET (UCT) into a top-tier instrumentation valves and fittings brand in India, competing head-to-head with Swagelok and Parker.
This role carries full accountability for revenue growth, market penetration, product positioning, and sales enablement across all regions and key industries.
The incumbent is expected to drive a sales turnaround, unlock large OEM and EPC accounts, and
rapidly scale the business through structured market execution, strong technical leadership, and disciplined commercial strategy.
