Product Manager

We are looking to hire an experienced Product Manager with strong expertise in credit card processing and payment systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and managing products across the card payments ecosystem, working closely with engineering, business, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for credit card processing solutions, including authorization, settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks, and compliance.
  
• Define product vision, roadmap, and requirements based on business goals and customer needs.
  
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable, reliable payment solutions.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as banks, networks (Visa/Mastercard/RuPay), gateways, and internal risk/compliance teams.
  
• Ensure adherence to PCI-DSS, regulatory, and security standards.
  
• Analyze transaction data, failure rates, and user behavior to drive product improvements.
  
• Manage integrations with card networks, issuers, acquirers, and third-party vendors.
  
• Drive continuous improvement in authorization rates, latency, and overall payment success metrics.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in payments or fintech.
  
• Strong domain expertise in credit card processing (end-to-end card flows).
  
• Hands-on experience with card networks, payment gateways, and acquiring banks.
  
• Solid understanding of payment APIs, transaction flows, retries, chargebacks, refunds, and settlements.
  
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, compliance, risk, operations).
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Good to Have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or banking products.
  
• Exposure to international card processing and cross-border payments.
  
• Experience working in a high-scale transaction environment.
