This role involves understanding client needs, defining solution architectures, and creating detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) before handing them over to the product team for execution. The Hats You Will Wear Engage with clients to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, product, and tech teams) to design tailored fintech solutions. Create and refine Business Requirement Documents (BRD), ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with client needs. Work closely with the product team to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution walkthroughs for clients. Support RFP/RFI responses by providing technical inputs and solutioning insights. Assist in proof-of-concept (PoC) projects, working with clients and internal teams to validate solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings in fintech and lending. The Perfect Fit 2+ years of experience in pre-sales/solutioning roles within new-age tech companies, preferably in Fintech. Mandatory engineering background (B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related fields). Strong understanding of fintech, banking technology, and digital lending ecosystems is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Experience in writing BRDs, functional specs, and solutioning documents. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. This role requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of agile project management methodologies. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of scalable and secure financial technology solutions. The Hats You Will Wear Own and manage the full project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery of fintech solutions. Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies. Lead sprint planning, and retrospectives to optimize project efficiency. Drive the integration and deployment of fintech solutions with banking partners and financial institutions. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, security standards, and technical best practices. Identify roadblocks and proactively mitigate risks to keep projects on track. The Perfect Fit 4-6 years of experience in technical project management within fintech, banking, SaaS, or a related industry. Must have a B.Tech/B.E. degree with a solid technical foundation. Proven experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.). Technical know-how with the ability to understand and communicate technical jargon effectively. Knowledge of APIs, cloud infrastructure, microservices, and system architecture. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to work with engineering teams, clients, and business leaders. Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
