Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an

Associate DevOps Engineer

to support IT operations and system administration. The role includes managing infrastructure, monitoring systems, supporting deployments, and ensuring security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Linux/Unix servers, patching, and user access.
Monitor systems and alerts using Grafana or similar tools.
Assist with MySQL database operations like backups and performance checks.
Support application deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
Handle SSO and user management using tools like JumpCloud.
Help ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC2, and other audit standards.
Maintain IT governance documentation, asset tracking, and logs.

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of Linux system administration.
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).
Exposure to MySQL or other databases.
Understanding of IT security and compliance practices.
Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
