Associate DevOps Engineer

Role Overview: As an Associate DevOps Engineer at AMINA, you will be responsible for platform engineering of AMINA's cloud-native IT infrastructure based on Azure. Your main tasks will include managing and configuring Azure Kubernetes Services, deploying and managing Kubernetes manifests using Kustomize and Helm, automating infrastructure setup, ensuring security baseline adherence, augmenting monitoring systems, automating operational activities, and providing documentation and knowledge transfer to team members. Key Responsibilities: - Platform Engineering of AMINA's cloud-native IT infrastructure (Azure based) - Manage and configure Azure Kubernetes Services - Deploy and manage Kubernetes manifests using Kustomize and Helm - Automate infrastructure setup for networks, storage, and compute using infrastructure as code - Ensure adherence to security baseline, vulnerability, and patch management - Augment monitoring systems for application infrastructure components - Automate operational activities including incident response, security scanning, and alerting - Provide documentation covering application and infrastructure design and facilitate knowledge transfer to team members Qualifications Required: - Strong Linux OS, infrastructure, and network skills - Expertise in DevOps core concepts with experience in CI/CD, Configuration Management, and IaC (e.g. Ansible, Terraform, Azure DevOps, Kustomize) - Experience working with Azure Cloud services, particularly Azure Kubernetes Services - Knowledge of monitoring and logging solutions using the ELK Stack - Scripting experience in automating tasks with tools like Python, Bash, etc. - Understanding of security infrastructure including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and system hardening - Dynamic and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently - Technology agnostic mindset Additional Company Details: AMINA Bank is a pioneer in the financial industry, offering a seamless, secure, and easy-to-use bridge between digital and traditional assets.
