To know more, visit our websites: Alaya and Home Loan Experts About You As a DevOps Engineer at Alaya, you’ll be a critical member of our tech team, helping to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and observable AWS cloud infrastructure. You’ll play a hands-on role in improving and automating our CI/CD pipelines, collaborating closely with developers to ensure production readiness and enhancing our internal tooling and workflows. What are your deliverables? Design, develop, and optimise cloud-native AWS infrastructure with cost-efficiency and security in mind. Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation. Automate CI/CD pipelines to support seamless integration, delivery, and testing (e.g., GoCD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Proactively monitor infrastructure and application performance using tools like Datadog and CloudWatch. Implement and maintain robust logging, alerting, and monitoring systems to support high availability. Collaborate with developers to ensure production readiness and improve the developer experience. Conduct root cause analyses and post-mortems, implementing preventive improvements. Continuously assess infrastructure scalability and drive cost-optimisation strategies. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and propose relevant tools and processes. Requirements Essential: Minimum 2-4 years of DevOps experience, including hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure. Strong skills in Linux system administration, Build & Release Engineering, and automation scripting (Python or Bash). Proven expertise in AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3, ELB, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS. Experience with serverless frameworks and AWS Lambda. Proficiency in tools like Terraform (preferred), CloudFormation, GoCD, CodePipeline, CodeBuild, Jenkins, GitHub Actions. Hands-on experience with Docker, container orchestration, and infrastructure monitoring. Familiarity with web/network fundamentals (DNS, HTTPS, NGINX, Apache). About The Role: As a Data Entry Support (1 year contract) you will work with a group of self-sustained people in a fast-paced environment. You will spend your first week in training in a fully supported learning environment. During this time, you will be fully trained in completing all end-to-end processes that are required for the smooth processing of loan applications for our partners in Australia. Your responsibility would be to liaise with the brokers’ support team, and other stakeholders for processing the home loan applications of our Australian clients. You will be required to order and track the valuation for the client’s property as well as complete all data entry tasks as per the business partner's requirement.
