Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Tech Lead
who will drive technical excellence, mentor engineering teams, and work closely with Product, QA, and Business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions. This role requires strong hands-on development skills along with proven leadership and architectural decision-making capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance applications.
- Own system architecture, code quality, and technical standards across projects.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, conducting code reviews and guiding best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and Business teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Drive technology decisions, framework selection, and system improvements.
- Ensure security, performance, scalability, and reliability of applications.
- Actively participate in hands-on coding, especially for complex or critical modules.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and risks early in the development lifecycle.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance development of engineering team members.
Required Skills Qualifications
- 6–10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1–2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Backend: Java (Spring Boot) / Node.js
- Frontend: React.js / Next.js
- Mobile (preferred): Flutter
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
- Strong understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control (Git).
- Strong understanding of application security and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Fintech, Trading, Broking, or Financial Services.
- Experience handling high-traffic, real-time systems.
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture and messaging systems.
- Experience working in agile/scrum environments.
