Role Overview

Tech Lead – Hyderabad

The Tech Lead is expected to guide solution design, mentor engineers, enforce engineering best practices, and work closely with delivery and customer stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor development teams based out of the Hyderabad delivery center.
• Provide

  hands-on technical leadership

  across design, development, code reviews, and production support.
• Own technical solutioning and implementation for customer and internal engagements.
• Collaborate with architects, delivery managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive adherence to

  engineering best practices

  , coding standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Support end-to-end delivery including estimation, planning, execution, and technical risk management.
• Guide teams on modern architectures involving

  cloud, data platforms, AI/ML, and full-stack engineering

  .
• Participate in technical discussions with customers and contribute to solution proposals and architecture reviews.
• Assist in building technical capabilities, frameworks, and reusable assets within the organization.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10+ years

  of experience in software engineering within

  IT consulting or outsourcing environments

  .
• Strong hands-on experience in one or more areas:
• Full Stack Application Development
• Data Engineering & Analytics Platforms
• Cloud-Native Solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• AI/ML or AI-enabled enterprise systems
• Proven experience leading teams and owning technical delivery.
• Solid understanding of

  SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines

  .
• Ability to review architecture, guide design decisions, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills with experience working with global teams and customers.
• Domain exposure to

  banking, financial services, or payments

  is a strong plus.

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Computer Science, Engineering, or

  a related

  field

  .
• Relevant certifications in

  Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Agile, or Architecture

  are desirable.
