We are launching our first product as a Social Media platform for education sector. For this we are opening the opportunity for the Tech Lead. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tech Lead located in Faridabad, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Tech Lead will oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions, manage a team of developers, ensure the scalability and reliability of platforms, and coordinate with other departments to ensure product alignment with business goals. The role also involves mentoring team members, performing code reviews, and staying updated with emerging tech trends and best practices. Qualifications Proficiency in software development and programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript Experience in project management, team leadership, and mentoring Strong understanding of scalable technology solutions and system architecture Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their applications in education Excellent problem-solving skills and project management capabilities Effective verbal and written communication skills Experience in the educational technology sector is a plus Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
