Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to lead software development initiatives and mentor engineering teams while delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design, development, and technical architecture
Mentor developers and conduct code reviews
Identify and resolve technical risks and bottlenecks
Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, etc.)
Experience with system design, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms
Experience with Agile methodologies
Excellent leadership and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
