Job Title: Tech Lead Location: Chandigarh (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Tech Lead to join our Chandigarh team. In this role, you'll define technology strategy, guide a team of engineers , and contribute to the development of scalable, high-quality solutions. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers using Node.js, AWS Lambda, MongoDB, MySQL, and Vue.js. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of engineers; promote a culture of quality and learning. Architect, develop and maintain backend systems using Node.js and AWS Lambda. Design and optimize scalable databases in MongoDB and MySQL . Collaborate with frontend developers to deliver responsive Vue.js applications. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. Translate business requirements into technical deliverables. Monitor application performance , resolve issues, and improve scalability. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements . Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 6+ years of software development experience. Hands-on expertise in Node.js, AWS Lambda, MongoDB, MySQL, and Vue.js. Solid grasp of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure . Experience mentoring developers and working in team settings. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Experience in fintech or financial services .
