Job Description

About the Company:

Equirize Capital Pvt. Ltd. (ECPL) is a rural-focused lending institution committed to empowering small business owners—especially women—in non-urban India through inclusive and affordable credit. Backed by its parent company, Wealth Grow Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a technology-enabled business correspondent, ECPL combines the strength of a branch-led model with digital integration to deliver accessible and efficient financial solutions.

With 17 active branches across 12 districts in 5 states and 83% women borrowers as of June 30, 2025 in WGTPL, ECPL will offer a range of customized unsecured and secured credit products designed to support business and housing needs in rural communities. By addressing India’s enduring rural credit gap—where only 14% of rural adults have access to formal loans—ECPL aims to become a trusted financial partner for underserved entrepreneurs. Its mission is to promote equitable growth, enable income generation, and drive sustainable social impact at the grassroots level.
