About the Role

This role is ideal for students, recent grads, or self-taught designers who are passionate about product thinking, UX research, and digital interfaces.

What You'll Get to Work On

• UX Research

  : Conduct user interviews, build personas, map user journeys

• UI Design

  : Design responsive web and mobile screens using Figma & AI tools

• Wireframing & Prototyping

  : Translate ideas into wireframes and low/high-fidelity mockups

• Design Systems

  : Learn how to build scalable components and reusable UI patterns

• Strategy & Workshops

  : Contribute to discovery sessions and product planning

• Live Projects

  : Work on real products that go live — not just practice assignments

What We’re Looking For

• A strong interest in UX, digital products, and human-centered design
• Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, or similar prototyping tools
• Curious, self-driven, and problem-solving mindset
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Chandigarh-based is a plus — but remote is welcome too!
