Responsibilities: Generate new business by approaching companies for recruitment and staffing services. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand clients’ hiring needs and promote consultancy services accordingly. Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service agreements with clients. Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth. Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of candidates. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Manage social media and online platforms to promote consultancy services. Attend client meetings, follow up regularly, and close deals. Maintain proper records of leads, enquiries, and client interactions.
