About The Role We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Transaction Banking Product Manager to design, development, and commercialization of cash management and transaction banking solutions. The role will focus on building innovative products across payments, collections, liquidity, and account services that cater to corporate, institutional, and fintech clients. This role requires a strong understanding of global payments, SWIFT, local clearing systems, virtual accounts, liquidity solutions, and transaction banking frameworks. The ideal candidate will bridge client needs with business objectives to deliver scalable, compliant, and revenue-generating products. What You’ll Be Doing Own the product lifecycle (strategy, roadmap, development, launch, and ongoing optimization) for cash management and transaction banking products. Design and enhance solutions across domestic and cross-border payments, collections, virtual accounts, liquidity, and receivables management. Drive SWIFT and local clearing integration (MT/MX messaging, ISO20022, Alliance Lite2) for corporate and institutional flows. Develop and manage multi-currency virtual accounts and digital cash management tools for global clients. Collaborate with operations, technology, compliance, and sales to ensure seamless delivery and scalability of solutions. Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy including pricing, client onboarding, and positioning. Monitor P&L performance, client adoption, and competitive landscape to refine product strategy. Ensure regulatory compliance and risk controls are embedded in product design. Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for transaction banking and cash products, supporting sales in client pitches and RFPs. Requirements 2–3 years of experience in transaction banking, cash management, or payments product management (bank or fintech). Deep understanding of SWIFT, ISO20022, MT/MX messaging, and clearing networks (RTGS, ACH, UPI, SEPA, Fedwire, etc.). Proven track record of launching and scaling cash management solutions (virtual accounts, liquidity pools, real-time payments). Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L management, pricing, and GTM execution. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, Business. (MBA preferred).
