The Global Business Development Manager will lead the company’s expansion into international markets by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving global sales growth. This role requires strong analytical, commercial, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments and manage international clients, distributors, and government/airport authorities.
1. Global Market Research & Strategy
• Analyse international markets to identify high-potential regions, customer segments, and upcoming projects.
• Track global opportunities in airfield, aviation, infrastructure, and related sectors.
• Develop market-entry strategies for new geographies and support feasibility studies.
2. Business Development & Sales Growth
• Generate international leads and convert them into long-term customers or distributors.
• Develop and manage relationships with airport authorities, consulting firms, EPC contractors, and channel partners.
• Prepare commercial proposals, product presentations, technical submissions, and pricing structures.
• Support negotiation of contracts, agreements, and long-term supply partnerships.
3. Partnership & Channel Management
• Identify and onboard international distributors, agents, and representatives.
• Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Conduct virtual and onsite meetings to strengthen long-term cooperation.
4. Coordination with Internal Teams
• Work closely with production, quality, R&D, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely support for international orders.
• Coordinate for product certifications, compliance documents, COAs, MTCs, and export-specific requirements.
• Support internal teams with forecasts, demand planning, and region-specific standards.
5. Documentation & Export Operations
• Handle international inquiries, RFQs, tenders, and bid submissions.
• Ensure accuracy in export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, COO, and compliance certificates.
• Maintain updated customer data, follow-ups, and market activity reports.
6. Brand Building & Global Representation
• Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, aviation shows, and B2B meetings.
• Strengthen the ARIIX brand presence across targeted international markets.
• Support development of brochures, technical sheets, and region-specific marketing materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, International Trade, or related field.
• 4–10 years of experience in international business development or global sales (preferably in manufacturing, aviation, or industrial products).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of export procedures, INCOTERMS, aviation standards, and global OEM/Supplier processes.
• Ability to prepare market reports, analyze data, and identify opportunities.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• High ownership and responsibility.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong coordination across departments and locations.
• Long-term mindset aligned with ARIIX values.
