Global Business Development Manager

Our client is a decade old, licensed wholesale distributor for RLD/Comparator drugs and Medical devices across the globe, to aid in clinical trials and bio equivalence studies.

We are looking for a Global Business Development Manager, with following experience:

• 5–15 years in Marketing, BD & Sales in Mature and Emerging Markets (North America, Latam, Europe & CIS, MEA & Asia Pacific).
• APIs/RLDs (Reference Listed Drugs)/Clinical Trials market experience
• Handled Domestic Regulated customers
• Market & Target customer mapping capability using market intelligence, lead generation and converting prospects into customers.
• Should have attended DCAT/CPhI WW/ Exhibitions/ Conferences
• Should have visited global pharma and bio-pharma companies for Business Development of APIs/RLDs (Reference Listed Drugs)/Clinical Trials.

Strategic Thinking & Business Plans:

• Ability to prioritize BD and marketing efforts aligned to company's ambitious goals of increasing market share & customer wallet share.
• High-performance orientation & growth mindset to make a positive impact by imbibing company's core values (customer-centric, collaborative, empathetic, trust worthy & futuristic).
• Adherence to the best practices by having CDAs/NDAs, legal compliance and customer/supplier/partnership/agency agreements.
• Coordination with Regulatory agencies and internal departments for regulatory inspections/audits.
