The Global Business Development Manager – Chemicals Division will drive ARIIX’s international growth by identifying market opportunities, strengthening global customer relationships, and expanding the company’s distribution network across key chemical markets. This role demands strong commercial acumen, technical understanding of chemicals, and the ability to engage with international clients, distributors, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders.
1. Global Market Research & Strategy
• Conduct research on international chemical markets, applications, and demand trends.
• Identify high-potential regions, key customer segments, and project opportunities.
• Track global opportunities across industrial chemicals, specialty chemicals, and related sectors.
• Develop market-entry strategies and support feasibility analysis for new geographies.
2. Business Development & Sales Growth
• Generate international leads and convert them into long-term customers, importers, or distributors.
• Build strong relationships with manufacturers, chemical traders, consulting firms, and project developers.
• Prepare commercial offers, technical product details, MSDS/COA packages, and pricing proposals.
• Support contract negotiations, agreements, and long-term supply partnerships.
3. Partnership & Channel Management
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard overseas distributors, agents, and representatives.
• Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with company sales and growth objectives.
• Conduct regular virtual and onsite meetings to strengthen strategic relationships.
4. Coordination with Internal Teams
• Collaborate with production, quality, R&D, logistics, and finance for timely fulfillment of international chemical orders.
• Coordinate certifications, compliance documents, SDS/COA/MTC requirements, and export regulations.
• Support demand forecasts and ensure adherence to region-specific chemical standards and regulatory norms.
5. Documentation & Export Operations
• Manage global inquiries, RFQs, tenders, and technical/commercial bid submissions.
• Ensure accuracy in export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, COO, SDS, COA, and compliance certificates.
• Maintain customer data, follow-ups, order pipelines, and market activity reports.
6. Brand Building & Global Representation
• Represent ARIIX Chemicals at international exhibitions, trade fairs, chemical industry conferences, and B2B meetings.
• Strengthen brand visibility across targeted international chemical markets.
• Support development of brochures, specification sheets, and region-specific marketing materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, International Trade, or related field.
• 4–10 years of experience in international sales or business development in the chemicals industry.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of chemical export procedures, INCOTERMS, regulatory documentation, SDS/COA norms, and global supply chain practices.
• Ability to prepare market reports, analyze data, and identify business opportunities.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• High ownership and responsibility.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong coordination across departments and locations.
