Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial documentation, and coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, accuracy in data handling, and the ability to maintain clear financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting entries including purchase, sales, journal, and expense transactions.

• Prepare and maintain invoices, credit/debit notes, and payment records.

• Handle bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer account statements.

• Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation and coordination.

• Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers, and supporting financial documents (physical and digital).

• Assist in preparing financial reports, summaries, and MIS statements for management review.

• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments for financial data and clarifications.

• Monitor receivables and payables and follow up for timely settlements.

• Support budgeting, cost tracking, and expense monitoring activities.

• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company accounting policies.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.

• Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books.

• Good command of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

• Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

• 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory filings will be an advantage.
