Process Validation & Qualification: Evaluate and validate manufacturing processes including lamination punching, interlocking, stacking, core pressing, and shrink fitting of rotor/stator cores . Supplier Audits & Development: Conduct periodic supplier process audits and drive supplier development and corrective actions where required. PPAP/APQP Coordination: Support or lead PPAP , APQP activities and First Article Inspections for new and modified components.
