Production Engineer -Induction Brazer -Rotor stator Brazing Connection

Position Title:

• Diploma Mechanical engineering. (DME)
• Certification in brazing or welding processes.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional Brazer (Rotor &stator Brazing connection

Key Areas of Responsibilities of Brazer

• Ensure Production schedules and completion of work timely for production.
• Ensure quality standards and quality of Brazing process components and taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Identify areas of improvement in production processes and troubleshooting production issues.
• Record production data, document quality checks, report equipment malfunctions, and prepare incident or progress reports as needed.
• Work cooperatively with team members to achieve production targets, participate in training, and ensure all production processes adhere to SOPs and compliance guidelines.
• The ability to read technical documents, drawings and assembly instructions
• Monitor the brazing process, making real-time adjustments to parameters as necessary to maintain product quality and consistency
• Ensure health and safety regulations and company policies within the production environment.

ey Skills and Knowledge:

• Operate brazing machines to join connections using appropriate techniques and Materials.
• Set up and adjust machinery to ensure proper alignment and functioning.
• Knowledge of electrical insulation materials (e.g., mica tape, resin, PES tape etc.),
• Knowledge &handling of Induction Brazing machine and resolve if any machine isses .
• Handling of brazing processes, Brazing rod, including torch and induction brazing.
• Experience with temperature control and monitoring systems.
• Set up and calibrate brazing machines according to specifications to ensure optimal performance and quality output

Other Skills

• Strong understanding of material properties and brazing techniques.
• Knowledge of ISO9001, 50001, 45000, 14001 standards
• The ability to identify and resolve production issues.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP systems is generally required.
