Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Order Management Receive and process sales orders from customers. Verify pricing, delivery terms, and product specifications per agreement. Update and track order status in the ERP system. 2. Delivery Execution (OTIF) Coordinate with production planning, quality, stores, and dispatch to ensure timely and complete deliveries. Monitor delivery schedules and proactively follow up to ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) compliance. Report OTIF performance weekly and highlight risks to management. 3. Customer Interaction & Satisfaction Serve as the single point of contact for customer queries, dispatch details, documentation requests, and feedback. Communicate clearly on order status, delays, or deviations. Ensure prompt resolution of complaints in coordination with relevant teams. 4. Logistics Coordination Liaise with internal dispatch/logistics team and transporters for timely pickup and delivery. Share delivery instructions and ensure adherence to customer packaging/shipping norms. Track transport movements and provide timely updates to customers. 5. Export & Domestic Documentation Prepare or coordinate documentation including: Sales invoices, delivery challans, packing lists E-way bills, LR copies, test certificates Export documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, Bill of Lading, etc.) Ensure all documents are submitted on time for customs, bank negotiation, or customer receipt. 6. Reporting & Records Maintain up-to-date order tracking sheets, dispatch reports, and customer delivery logs. Generate weekly/monthly MIS reports on order status, OTIF, and customer feedback.
