Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Paint Plant Supervisor to join our team in the production department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting and supervising teams, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet customer requirements.
Manage and train a team of painters, providing guidance on safety procedures and techniques.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Paint Plant Supervisor or similar role.
Strong knowledge of painting processes, including preparation, application, and finishing.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Familiarity with quality control procedures and protocols.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
