Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer Location: Dahej, Gujarat Experience Required: 8+ Years O&M experience in Thermal Power Plants Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering / Diploma in Electrical Engineering Key Responsibilities: Lead the electrical operations and maintenance activities in the 2x65 MW thermal power plant. Supervise and guide the electrical maintenance team for BTG systems, transformers, HT/LT motors, and breakers. Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in high-voltage systems and critical plant equipment. Manage the maintenance of electrical systems including transformers, motors, generators, and breakers. Lead preventive and corrective maintenance operations to ensure high operational efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to ensure plant compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. Monitor and improve operational processes to reduce downtime and improve plant efficiency. Provide guidance and technical support to Shift Engineers and technicians for all electrical systems. Skills Required: In-depth knowledge and experience in maintaining and troubleshooting BTG systems, transformers, HT/LT motors, and electrical breakers. Strong leadership and team management experience. Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving high-voltage electrical system issues. Proficiency in ensuring plant electrical systems are fully operational with minimal downtime. Understanding of electrical control systems and their maintenance.

Electrical engineers design, develop, and test electrical devices and equipment, including communications systems, power generators, motors and navigation systems, and electrical systems for automobiles and aircraft.

Role & responsibilities: Specification preparations, Sizing calculations, technical bid and Vendor document review, Technical Support to Quality and Commissioning team, BOM preparation. Electrical equipment knowledge for the Generator, Busducts, GCB, Transformers, MV&LV switchgear, DC&UPS system, VFD, Motors, Cable system. Role & responsibilities Purchasing of All materials required for O&M (Operations & Maintenance) & Projects for PAN India. (Gearbox, Generator, Transformer, Encoders, Cables, Lubricants, Control panel spares, Electronic items, Carbon Brushes, Engineering components, Bearings, Consumables, Hydraulic tools & Project tools and Commissioning tools). Preparation of contracts for the service providers for turbine maintenance. Releasing of Purchase orders in SAP for the material requirements from various PAN India sites. Co-coordinating with the entire site in charges and the site stores personals for the material requirements during High wind season. Reviewing the site stocks through SAP and ensuring that all the critical spares are available at site during High wind seasons. Development of new vendors as per requirements and delivering the materials to various sites from the nearest sources to reduce the cost and the time. Planning of long lead items like ABB Spares, Bearings, Encoders, Electrical control systems, Lubricants for Gear box, import materials and critical spares well in advance to avoid shortage of items during the High wind season. Preparation of MIS reports and sending it to the Chief Supply chain officer for his review and reference. Initiated discussion with Supply partner for Vendor Managed Inventory model (VMI) at all sites covering PAN India. Budget preparation for materials and services for the Pan India fleets and ensuring the spend within the Budget. Preparation of cash flow statements for the materials and services, including LC planning for materials purchases.

Job Title: Critical Environmental Engineer - Power & Cooling - HVAC Experience: 10+ year s Location: Bangalore (Work from Office) ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Experience in Power Distribution Systems (Generator, UPS, ATS Switches, DC Rectifier, Batteries, Battery Monitoring System, MDB, SDB, PDF, PDUs, and electrical ancillaries) Experience in HVAC Systems (ACs, CRAC Units, Chiller Plants and cooling ancillaries) Experience in responding to RFPs, RFIs such as solution engineering, estimation, costing of HVAC and Power Systems Experience in Cooling, Electrical Switchboards and busways at Data Center Experience in IT Racks, Modular racks, and modular Data Center is an advantage Experience in testing and commissioning and Site Acceptance Test. Act as a single point of contact for Power and HVAC related problems, or new installations.
