Job Description

We are hiring a detail-oriented CNC Router Testing Engineer to ensure our machines meet the highest standards of precision and reliability before delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform final validation tests on CNC router machines.
Conduct accuracy, performance, and safety tests (geometric, spindle, ATC, vacuum).
Execute test cuts on materials like wood, plastic, and aluminum.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
Document test results, generate reports, and maintain quality records.

Qualifications (Must Have):

Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience with CNC machinery (routers preferred).
Strong knowledge of CNC programming, controls, and G-code.
Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, dial indicators).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CNC control software (e.g., Siemens, Fanuc, PC-based controls).
Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings.
Knowledge of servo tuning and machine calibration.
