Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Engineer Production to join our team at Oerlikon Balzers Coating India Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production engineering and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee the production process to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet customer requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Analyze production data to optimize processes and improve performance.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical).
Minimum 5 years of experience in production engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control measures.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
