Production Engineer

Role Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mechanical Production Engineer to join our team. This role will primarily focus on overseeing MSSS manufacturing, design assistance, and general production processes in strict compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting production goals while maintaining high quality standards and mandatory regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Production Management: Daily monitoring and management of MS, SS manufacturing processes.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensuring all operations, documentation, and products are in strict adherence to relevant ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and regulatory requirements.
• Design & Blueprints: Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints, and assisting with design processes for production needs.
• Quality Control: Ensuring all manufactured products meet company standards and industry guidelines.
• Documentation: Developing and maintaining documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and records necessary to meet ISO 9001 standards and support audit processes.
• Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during the production cycle using an evidence-based approach.
• Team Collaboration: Effectively coordinating with the production team, welders, and other staff members in a demanding team environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering) or B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in mechanical production or a related field.
• Certifications: Possession of a mandatory certification level 1 (QC) relevant to quality assurance or manufacturing safety standards (e.g., an internal QMS certification or basic safety compliance certification).
• Technical Skills:
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials (especially steel).
• Familiarity with ISO management systems and audit processes.
• Proficiency in reading complex blueprints and basic CAD knowledge.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain record

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
