• Your Role

As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and placing mid to

senior-level professionals across our key verticals. Youll work closely with our internal team

and clients, managing end-to-end recruitment while enjoying the freedom of working

independently.

• Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for technical and leadership roles in Power, Energy, Heavy

Engineering, and Semiconductor industries

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from understanding client requirements to offer

closure

• Engage and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience

• Work independently and deliver quality profiles within defined timelines

• Key Expectations

• Minimum 6 working hours per day

• Mandatory coverage: 2 qualified roles per day

• Full-cycle recruiting for mid to senior technical roles in:

• Power & Renewable Energy
• Heavy Engineering & Automation
• Electrical & Electronics
• Semiconductor / Embedded / VLSI

• Ideal Background

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in any of the above mentioned industries

• Proven success in sourcing niche and technical roles

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Freelance/Remote recruiting experience is a plus
