Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of sourcing techniques, and the ability to identify and attract top talent that aligns with our company’s culture and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and provide feedback throughout the selection process. Ensure a positive candidate experience and represent the company’s employer brand professionally. Monitor key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness). Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices . Support HR initiatives such as onboarding, talent pipelines, and workforce planning as needed. Education: Masters Degree
