An Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling products or services remotely, typically via phone, email, or CRM platforms. They manage inbound and outbound leads, nurture customer relationships, and drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling efforts. Key Responsibilities (KRAs) Lead Generation & Pipeline Development: Identify and engage potential B2B clients through strategic outreach. Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Nurture leads and build strong, long-term business relationships. Sales Execution & Revenue Growth: Convert leads into sales and meet/exceed revenue targets. Product Knowledge & Technical Sales: Understand and articulate product offerings effectively to clients. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and track progress in the CRM system. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with OEM’s, external vendors, and operations team to drive sales success. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Sales Revenue & Conversion Rates: Meeting monthly and quarterly targets. 70% of the target shared should be achieved. Lead Generation & Qualification: 10 new clients to be registered every month. Client Retention & Satisfaction: Maintaining & growing customer relationships. Customer retention rate should be 90%. Call & Email Response Metrics: Response to emails within 24 hours of receipt of email. Response to call within 30 minutes of receipt of client call. Key Responsibilities * Timely and Accurate Deliveries: Pick up, load, and deliver a variety of items (e.g., food, packages, groceries, documents) to customers within designated timeframes and routes. * Route Optimization: Plan and execute efficient delivery routes using navigation tools (e.g., GPS, maps) to ensure timely arrivals. * Vehicle Operation & Maintenance: Operate delivery vehicles (e.g., motorcycle, scooter, bicycle, van, car) safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws. Conduct routine checks of the vehicle (e.g., fuel, tires, oil) and report any maintenance issues promptly.
